Tokumbo E. O. Shobowale is the Chief Operating Officer of the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), the City's primary vehicle for promoting economic growth in each of the five boroughs. They work to stimulate investment in New York across industry sectors and broaden the City's tax and employment base, while meeting the needs of businesses large and small. Tokumbo earned his Bachelor's degree from Stanford University, an M.A. at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and an M.B.A. at the MIT Sloan School of Management, earning each degree with academic distinction.

Deb Berman is the Managing Director of Justmeans, a social media platform in New York, where she helps corporate clients plan and implement social media and communications strategies. While working with her clients, Deb has developed successful strategies for identifying and retaining top talent. She has also helped job seekers revamp their resume, cover letters, and job search strategies. Prior to joining Justmeans, Deb was a consultant focused on increasing the capacity of non-profit organizations and also was the founder and Executive Director of Camp Starfish, a non-profit children's camp that was committed to a 1:1 camper to staff ratio. Deb attended Colgate University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education, Boston University, where she received an M.B.A., and Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
