Here's a template I've made for planning a local LaidOffCamp. The general format for the event is an unconference from 10am - 5pm with different sessions in 2-5 rooms, lasting 30-60 minutes that are determined at the event.

5. Plan Job Fair (My thoughts: hold it after the event as a happy hour w/ drinks)
